For those who don't know, the 3 countries tour was basically the one that introduced Toerbroers to the market, and after so many years it is still one of our most popular tours.

In the early years, the tour looked slightly different from the latest tour program. It kicked off in Pretoria where guests then slept on the banks of the game park, drove through the game park to Komatiepoort and then saw their way to Bilene in Mozambique to spend the night there for a few days. Later Swaziland was also added and guests especially enjoyed the nature in Hlane Royal National Park. The morning rhino walk and the singing and hanging out around the fire were particular highlights.

Covid-19 really tested our nerves, because during 2021 and 2022 we still had to show valid PCR tests in Swaziland and Mozambique. It took a lot of planning for the guests to take a spit test the morning before departure, which is then dropped off at Lancet along the way and during the night we get the results which determine whether the guests can continue with the tour. Later, guests could do their tests a day before the tour, which would then be valid up to Mozambique.

Fortunately, the Covid tests have been abolished and in 2024 we will start a brand new route with many new attractions. As always, we leave Pretoria early and along the way the guests visit stops such as Alzu Petroport where they can enjoy a nice coffee and breakfast with a wonderful view. Then we go through the Eswatini Oshoek border and visit Ngwenya Glass where they teach us a little how to work with glass.

We spend one night in Eswatini, visiting some of its most popular tourist attractions and then we take the road to Ponta da Quro where we spend the night for 4 nights. Here guests can really enjoy themselves with the sand, sea, delicious holiday food, bar hopping, swimming with dolphins and much more.
The last night guests sleep on the shores of the Kruger National Park and also have the opportunity to go on a game drive in to go to the wildlife park.

The 3-country tour is particularly popular because not only do you see three countries, you do it from the comfort of a luxury air-conditioned bus without worrying about whether or not your car's papers are ready for the border don't forget anything. Guests stay in the nicest hotels, eat the best food, enjoy the activities and friendships are made with fellow guests that will last a lifetime.
